College Credit from Pennsylvania College of Technology RSES has entered into an articulation agreement with The Pennsylvania State University affiliate, Pennsylvania College of Technology, based in Williamsport, Pa., that provides college credit for students who have completed RSES training courses. Under the agreement, Pennsylvania College of Technology will grant 53 credits for successful completion of specified RSES training courses toward a Bachelor of Science major in Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Design Technology from its School of Construction & Design Technologies.
